The Deflaunt OS

A process you can hold us to.

Every engagement runs on the same operating system: gates before work, research before posts, and a ninety-day plan with exits we both agree on before we start. This page is the whole document — nothing is saved for the sales call.

Before Ground Work begins

Three hard gates

Gate 1

Advance payment received

The first invoice is cleared before day one is scheduled. No exceptions, no partial starts.

Gate 2

All platform accesses confirmed

Social accounts, ad accounts, analytics, and the website — tested by us, not promised by email.

Gate 3

Client contacts in hand

One decision-maker and one day-to-day contact, named in writing. Work routes through them only.

Ground Work duration

How long research takes, by tier

These are working days, counted from the day the third gate clears. A Momentum engagement runs fourteen days of Ground Work; Ignite runs seven; Dominance runs twenty-one. Nothing ships before they close.

The operating system

Eight stages, each with a deliverable

  1. 01ResearchA bound dossier: buyer interviews, competitor teardown, and listening notes.
  2. 02PositioningOne sentence the whole company can repeat, agreed and signed off by you.
  3. 03Message hierarchyThe three claims we will make, in order, with the proof for each.
  4. 04Channel planTwo channels chosen on evidence — the rest dropped, in writing.
  5. 05Content systemPillars, formats, and a production calendar covering ninety days.
  6. 06Identity & designType, colour, and layout rules applied to every template we ship.
  7. 07Production & publishingAssets made, scheduled, and shipped against the calendar.
  8. 08MeasurementA monthly scorecard of three agreed numbers, reviewed with you live.

After Ground Work

The ninety-day plan, with hard exit gates

Days 1–30

Foundation

Ground Work closes, strategy is signed off, and the first thirty days of content are produced.

Exit gate: strategy signed off and the first month of content shipped.

Days 31–60

Distribution

Publishing runs on calendar and paid campaigns go live against the research.

Exit gate: cost per result inside the band agreed at kickoff.

Days 61–90

Optimisation

We cut the weakest third of the output and double down on what the numbers reward.

Exit gate: the scorecard shows the trajectory agreed in writing.

If a gate is not cleared, we do not start the next phase. The work is repeated at our cost, and the ninety-day clock restarts from that gate. You are never billed for a phase we failed to earn.
